about the sample
it is obvious reasonable for our customer to let us send u a sample to test the quality . because we must keep we produce the products our customers want .
Sample: we will use like Fedex,DHL,or UPS those international express company to sent you the sample.
about the mass products.
FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen
because our quotation is FOB price ,so we will afford the local charge . FOB Guangzhou port or Shenzhen port either is ok.
about the payment
1)for the sample. the sample money ( note we will add 10% to original price for the sample ,and after the confirm the order we will pay the added money back to out customer) must be payed one time. and u should also afford the freight.
2) for the order .T/T. 30% deposit( at least 20%) and the balance be payed before the shipment or against the copy of th B/L .
but if against the copy of the B/L . first must use our forwarder. or u can send us the Gunrantee with the seal of ur forwarder.
about our delivery time (lead time )
we will send the products 35days(longest time,) after we receive ur deposit. and if we delay the delivery time, we will compensate our customer, everyday 0.5% of the total amount. but we will also just provide two weeks free storage for our customer in our factory after we finishe the products on time. if u delay we have to charge 0.5% of the total amount for every day warehouse keep.
about the order of the ship
we can use our customers forwarder and u can also use our forwarder and before the order we will send u the frieght to u to confirm .
after we first cooperation we will send u our newest models everytime we develop new models.
