1.The Solution for Addressing NRW
B91 VPW provide an all-in-one smart water meter solution, it offers up to R160 measuring range ratio (Q3/Q1) which is far better than standard mechanical water meter, smaller water flow rate can be measured to help utility collect every drop of water without any wastes. By adopting a ball valve B91 VPW is able to perform as a prepayment meter or remotely valve control meter, both approach bring values to utility by significantly increment of water bill collection.
2.Compact Design
Integration design of measuring part and bass ball valve in one meter, easy for installation, communication, maintenance, and transportation. B91 VPW can be installed either in horizontal or vertical direction by no loss of measuring accuracy. Water utility can choose IC card prepayment function, or remotely valve control for those who refuse to make water bill payment on time.
3.Flexible Life Time
B91 VPW presents either IP65 or IP68, and its body is fabricated from durable Brass 59-1 material. This robust design makes the B91 VPW maintenance-free and highly precise throughout its flexible 6 or 10 years battery life depends upon customers"needs.
4.Valve Control, self-cleaning (automatic valve on/off)
B91 VPW choose top quality ball valve with 7 stages quality check before dispatching. It is set to automatically rotate every 15 or 30 days depends upon the quality of water, as well as how frequently the customer consumes water. By this design the ball valve is eliminating the water scale adhering on ball valve.
5.AMR Ready (wired & wireless)
B91 VPW support multiple communication interfaces for both wired and wireless which suitable for any type of installation environment, e.g. MBus, RS485 (Modbus), Pulse, LoRaWAN(868MHz, 915MHz, 923MHz), NB, Sigfox, etc. These interfaces support bi-directional communication both for meter data reading and valve control.
With communication interfaces meter is easily integrated into Automatic Meter Reading (AMR), which provide reliable and scalable network to utility and bring down the meter reading cost for any application.
6.Water Proof, suitable for indoor and outdoor application
B91 VPW is designed with special material enclosure to sustain durable installation in rain, high humidity surroundings, and direct ultraviolet rays from the sun. No meter enclosure deformation in high temperature and high humidity by state of the art design of IP68 protection class of the B91 VPW water meter.
