• LoRa stands for Long Range Radio. It is the wireless technology mainly targetted for M2M and IoT networks. This technology will enable public or multi tenant networks to connect multiple applications running in the same network. products/applications.
• LoRa Alliance formed to standardize LPWAN (Low Power Wide Area Network) for M2M/IoT. The prospective members in this alliance are Actility, Cisco, Bouygues Telecom, Proximus, SingTel, Semtech, Swisscom, IBM, SingTel, KPN etc. The LoRa Alliance will drive global success of LoRa Protocol i.e. LORA WAN.



Product Introduction

The SDM230-Lora is a new generation single phase multi function energy meter with wireless communication. With a built-in LoRaWAN module,it can be connected to any standard LoraWAN gateway directly, the user can easily build a wireless meter reading system.
The Unit measures and displays the characteristics of single phase two wire(1P2W) networks. The measuring parameters include voltage(V), Current (A), Frequency (Hz), Power(kW/kVAr/kVA), import/export/total energy(kWh/kVArh). The unit can also measures Max. demand current and power at preset period of up to 60 minutes.
