Q: How long is the lead time for T1 (first article) samples?
A: It will take 3-6 weeks depending on the parts complexity.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: We accept 50% as payment deposit, and 50% balance paid after samples are confirmed. For small amounts below USD5000, we accept Paypal (transaction fee will be added to the order). For bigger amounts more than USD5000, telegraphic transfer is preferred.
Q: Is it possible to know the progress of the project without visiting your company?
A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send information with photos or videos when each main step is finished.
Packaging & Shipping
Usually use strong carton packing for shipping plastic parts or ready products, according to customs detail instruction. Express, air or sea shipping are avaliable. For mold shipping, we use steel frame to pack.
