Insulated wires generally consist of a conductive core, an insulating layer, and a protective layer. The core can be divided into four types: hard, soft, mobile and extra soft. There are four types of cores: single core, two core, three core and four core. The insulating layer is generally made of rubber, plastic, and the like. It is widely used in various instruments, telecommunications equipment, power lines and lighting lines with AC voltage below 500V and DC voltage below 1,000V.
Single Core Electric Wire Construction
1.Conductor: bare/tinned copper,or Aluminum.
2.Insulation: PVC rated at 70C
3.Color Code: red, orange, yellow, yellow-green, blue, purple, gray, white or as your requirement
4.Outer sheath: PVC tapes ST2 to IEC.5.Rated voltage: 300/300V ; 300/500V ;450/750V
6.Long-term working temperature: not be higher than 70C
7.When laying the cable, the ambient temperature should not lower than 0C
8.Minimum bending radius: Bending radius ≥ 4D as cable overall diameter ≤ 25mm; Bending radius ≥ 6D ascable overall diameter >
25mm.
