Quality is our key to win the market, so we are very careful to maintain this key. Losing the key means we lose the market, lose customers and users.
So we are very strict in quality control, following is our test procedure:
After the soldering is completed, the first test is performed to detect whether there are open circuit, short circuit and dislocation in the welding joints, and detect whether each signal line in the whole cable is connected, and the insulation and pressure resistance of the cable.
The second test should be performed when the interal molding injection is completed. the third test after the outer molding injection. Then use a computer or player, a game machine to connect HDTV, test the audio and video transmission effect of cable, to ensure that each cable is a real high-definition cable.
Next to inspect whole cable appearance, packing and cleaning, QC inspection, finished products be put in storage and ready for shipping.
Saikang cables were selected as Key Recommendation Products by Chinese Teaching Equipment Industry National, this is the most honor for us.
