TIPS AND TROUBL ESHOOTING
1. Check if Android device is with OTG functionand Micro USB receptacle. Also check if the OTGfunction is ON, some device keeps this functionoff to save power.
2. Android phone or tablets are not compatible with the exFAT format memory card. It is suggested to use FAT32 or FAT format memory card.
3. Since not all models will pop up the message when you plug in the card reader, knowing where to find the files is important.
4. Make sure the memory card is a good one. Please be noted the Wi-Fi SD card is not supported.
5. If photos or videos aren"t transferring, be sure the memory card is inserted properly intothe reader. Completely unplug the Card Reader and memory card, then reconnect them and try again.
